A. During our initial meeting, we will get to know more about your pet and their needs. Including their likes and dislikes, how they interact with other animals and humans, any special needs to discuss, and most importantly for me to get acquainted with your pet and their personality, so they feel most comfortable in your absence!

A. All of the animals in the Heel Paw Express family are taken care of as if they are my own pets, lots of love and attention is given to each individual animal. I am trained and certified in Pet First Aid/CPR, and always report in detail immediately any unusual behavior that may need a closer look later on. Heel Paw Express is also fully insured, so you have a better piece of mind knowing your pets are covered, as well as your home and possessions!

A. It is recommended to book overnight stays no less than two weeks before stay to ensure plenty of time to go over details and set up initial consultation. Though I do accommodate last minute needs as well. During consultation, we will get to know your pets and go over daily pet needs, feedings, walk schedule, and care of home.

A. Services can be paid for with cash, check, or through Venmo and Paypal. We request any payments through Venmo and Paypal be sent no later than 7pm on Friday.
